Since, majority of the Dec 01 cases are not even touched yet,

I Think Jan and Feb 02 guys should hang on and slow down a bit, so try to be patient,
 
Well Sep marks the end of fin. year for BCIS and hence they would be busy with 'audit'ing..! Sep has always been a 'slow' month...So just hang on.
 
I agree with vijayrc. September and half of October are "historically" the slowest months at BCIS (INS) as if they were fast in other months!! Like last two years, I guess they might stop new processing for two weeks sometime in October for physically checking all files/cases and for arriving at yearly statistics.

Well ours Approved today

RD Feb112002 ND Feb272002 Second EAD/AD:March2003
ND: Sep9th2003
Labor took 4 months 140 35 days.
Same Employer, address change twice.
Salary shrinked by 10K. No RFE, No hassle in entire GC Process.

I got approved too yesterday

I checked yesterday morning at 11 am and found out that my case has been approved. It was not approved till 5 pm of Monday though the approval date is September 8, 2003.
Guys hang in there....your turn will come soon.
