My ND is 08/00 and PD 02/98. EB2 RIR. FP done on Jan 27, 01 for myself and Feb 17 th for my spouse. My attorney checked with INS and informed that my case has been assigned to an officer on March 29. I am still waiting. Anyone else in the same situation? What else can we do ?
