I am an ND 9/2004
Transferred to Texas 12/12/2005
RFI received by USCIS 03/2006
BIO3 done 4/13/2006
LUD 03/29, 04/13, 05/19...and still waiting
I will contact a local congressman and say that even though Texas is saying it is still processing 3/2001 cases, many ND 2005 are getting approved while ND 2004 like myself are still waiting with no further LUD changes.

maybe they go by the fysical year. i know their fysical year starts on october 1st. and they consider us ND2005. as of contacting the congress man, i had written to my congressman about 5 months ago and he has been so helpful and wrote to me back several times, Everytime he encloses a copy of USCIS response to him. It's funny that those responses vary everytime, i remember the first time they told him they are waiting on the name check the next time they said my case was transfered with 85,000 to TSC and my biometrics and finger prints are good but they don't know when they will work on my case.
conclusion: they give my congressman the run around and they approve ND2005

Don't you worry! There are cases with ND '98 '99 '00 '01 and '02 still pending. The only way to "reenergize" the INS is to sue them, which I'm seriously considering.

Nd 2003 !!!!!
I am still waiting, my ND as you can see in my history is from 2003, and nothing yet, it is very disturbing and anoying to wait and wait and being in limbo.
I already have an appointment with a lawyer on thursday to discuss other options like scheduling an infopass appointment and have him go with me to talk to a officer, maybe I am lucky and they will transfer the case locally and may be approved.
Hope I am lucky, I will let you guys know the outcome.
