Any movement on old cases - ND 2001?

Hi Kashmir or anyone who are on the same boat,

Have you noticed any movement on those filed around Oct 2001? How many cases are still pending from those early dates?

Do you knwo what may have held up your case? Our laywer told us that CIS is waiting for the name check result from 3rd agency. Whatever that is.

This isn't gonna help u , but I found ur sig amusing... "Hopeful but losing patience"... thats the same thing I said about the Vikings a few years ago, now I have just given up.

Good luck on ur case. I know others stuck in name check. In the mean time, happy bleeding purple!

I have no idea what is holding it up. My lawyers tried to enquire several times but they just got plain old reply that case is currently pending nothing more. I know they enquired because when I call up the National customer service line they tell me that your lawyer recently enquired and we have sent a reply back ask him rathar than bugging us.
