I have seen two cases with 140 redo RFE getting approved. One filed a new 140 and got approved in 3 weeks and the other just exlained his case situation and got his 485 approved after 2 months. I have seen many others getting 140 redo RFEs, but nobody else has posted 485 approvals. I got my redo 140 approved in August, but I am still waiting for 485 approval. I just cannot understand what is the delay, because I have fulfilled the requirements of the RFE. I call and talk with IIO atleast twice a week, but we all know their answers - 2 to 4 weeks more. I would appreciate if you post your approvals so that we know that they are processing such cases.
Any more 485 approvals with redo 140 RFE ?
