Any MAY RD from FREMONT got approvals recently?

May RD, I am also waiting
We saw lots of May RD approvals in the last week. But I have not got mine. My RD is 05/17/2K1 and ND 07/19/2K1. FP Date was 10/20/2K1. My AVM is still old "On Dec 29, processing resumed ...". What is ur details ?

Fingerprinting notices are based on location. This is done so that the load on the asc is spread evenly.
The work for the passport stamping is so minimal that It does not make sense to schedule this by location.
Also we have seen that CSC is approving things in a random fashion. You see cases which have had no rfe and have done fp earlier but till date no approval - My pet theory is that the officers go to the adjudication room and pick up a few files and work on them. The files in the adjudication room are not arranged systematically and hence the random method of approval.
I wish they would computerise the system and approve things more systematically by rd date

And I agree with rjngh200 that the process seems to be very much random. Today I talked to an IIO(not a good one) and she told me that she can not tell me anything except that my case is still pending. And she did not tell anything about my wife, saying that I can tell her status only to her. But said that ur FPs reviews and other reports are fine.
