Any May 2002 Still Waiting?

I am here!

My attorney said she received our finger prints, but only my wife have
received it and I am still waiting.(I am the primary applicant!)
 
Filed 485 on April 2002 and still waiting!!

We filed our I-485 at TSC on 23rd April 2002. We did our 1st FP on April 21 2003 and 2nd FP on 6th September 2004. Still waiting for the approval.

When we contacted the congressmen in our area, they found out from USCIS that our name check is pending. Dont know when we can get this approved.
Ours is a long journey.

Here is our info:

Labor - RIR FILED on August 2000 - Approved on May 2001
I-140 Filed on August 2001 - Approved on March 2002
I-485 Filed on April 2002 - Still waiting for approval ( 3 EADs and 2 APs)


Any one in the same boat?

ND 4/24/2002, still no FP. Today got a phone call from the Senator's office. I sent them a letter one month ago. They wanted to verify my address and told me that TSC will go ahead and schedule FPs for me and my wife. Now waiting to see if this really works. I have hard time believing anything that comes from TSC.

I think May 2002 filers are so unlucky. For some reason, USCIS is not doing anything with the May filers. I did 2 FPs. I hope our files are stil alive.

RFE regarding SR ack. by TSC on 08/11/04
Still wainting almost 3 months now

Send fax to TSC, letter to Senetor and Representative but no luck yet.

Filed AP on 12/03/03 and still waiting, tomorrow it will be exatly 11 months since i filed for my AP, still some where in Texas.
