Any LUD changes on I-485 at all ??!

Processing times for NSC, I-485 is now RD=May 2005.
My I-485 RD is Feb 2005.

Any EB3 living soul affected by visa numbers cut-off dates have seen changes in LUD indicating that I-485 is being processed ??!!!

In theory one expects that I-485 could be processed without a visa number available, but I don't see reporting I-485 LUD changes.
 
LUD changed again today

Its changed again today (11/22/2005). But nothing changed on the messesage itself.
Anybody know what the trend it will be?
 
Today (11/23/2005) it say ....

The status for this Receipt Number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Please check your case receipt number to see if it is correct. If you have questions or concerns about your case status, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

:eek: :eek: Anybody experience this?.
 
BRT, I guess you are close to getting an approval. That may be the reason for multiple LUD changes. Also I have seen on this board before, some people experiencing receipt/status not found message just before receiving approval. They are frantically working on your case.

I did FP on wednesday and I noticed that there is a LUD for today but the comments did not change. What does that mean?

This is normal for NSC applicants. The same thing happened for myself and my wife. We had an LUD change on the day the fingerprints were taken and on the following day. After that, dead silent :D
 
No, there was no message change. I believe applicants of other service centers usually receive a message after a week or so saying "We received the results of your finger prints.....". I didn't see anyone who applied at NSC who received such a message.

I got a LUD on my 485 after sending my RFE. I am from non-retro country. 365-540 days...that's long wait.

"....On November 25, 2005, we received your response to our request for
evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to
process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was
complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum
stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case....."
 
Congragulations BRT. I told you in my previous post that you were close to getting an approval.

let me know if LUD changes for u and status changes to FP received. still no change for me.
