Any luck for 2003 filers on this DIWALI ????

Dont know but some people says we may get our spproval concurrently then we may be fortunate one..but for now we are unfortunate.
 
I need my 140 approval first rather than concurrent approval. After giving 1st FP on 9/25 my online mesg/LUD did not change, for my spouse also it did not change. That makes me worried as to why all the bad things has to happen to me only ???? :mad: :( :( :(
 
LUD change today for me and my wife both..but no change in the message still saying the old message for received fingure printing results.

when was ur wife's FP done? Today i got an email from FBI that USCIS requested for my name check on 10/29 and they sent the results to USCIS on 10/30.
I still do not see any change in my LUD. Lets see..

My lawyer replied I-140 Rfe on 1 jul 04 , On 7 Jul I recd email from USCIS

Application Type: I140 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER

On July 6, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or
information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining
processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will
receive a written decision on this case.

Again I-140 LUD changed on 12 and 13 Oct , message changed to this

On October 12, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 90 and 485 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case

Again LUD changed to 15 and 18 Oct with same message above , nothing happen...

Any opnion gurus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your case may be approved soon.. at least u r seeing LUD changes that means they are working on ur case.

My FP was done on sep 15 and i had received email and LUD changed after a week when they received the results. and for my wife she did her FP on Oct 29th and got Email and LUD changed on 11/4/2004.

So this is a new LUD change for both of us with the same date 11/15/2004 and no change in message.
 
congrats givemegeegee, you may see your approval soon. i'm happy that at least there is some activity on ur case. Wish u all the luck to get ur approval soon
