My father submitted a I-130 petition for me in Nov. 2002, the case has been hold without any progress. I have another petition which I-140 got approved and I-485 is pending. I finished my FP on March 6. The petition from my father suddently "re-active" again. USCIS LUD for my father's petition changed to March 10, they ask my father to provide a household registration list the name of the children of my father and ask for a completely translation.
I would like to know is there any link between these 2 petitions? Is that true that USCIS reviews my I-485 from employment based petition and decide to review my family based petition? Should these 2 petitions be independent?
