latest I-765 processing time shows 01/29/03 and here i am waiting for EAD with RD 12/30/02.

Any Justification please

No justification required when it comes to INS and everyone knows that !!:)
 
I think the date published could be ND. During that period it took 4 weeks to get receipts and ND. Any way there is no logic that I would ever try to explore with INS :p . Mine is 1/25/03 (ND) and EAD is not yet approved. Noticed on rupnet some of the folks in the vicinity got approvals this week. Not to mention, there are folks still waiting from past dates though. Hoping to hear good news on my EAD/AP, this week :)
 
What freaks me out is that they don't have to do much for EAD renewal (my guess, they only need to check if I485 is pending and last EAD expired) and still cases are pending for nothing.

My lawyer never sent me the receipt notice so I don't know my RD, but the online message says it was received on Jan 15, which I suppose is the notice date because according to my lawyer my application was mailed on Dec 27.

It's driving me nuts. But what can I do.:)
 
its not always absolutely sequential..

I dont' think there is any reason to panic lookin at the INS processing time because INS obviously lists forward the date that it has taken a case and not the date it has completed entirely so far.
Don't loose ur sleep over it..

RD: 03/26/2002
ND: 04/10/2002

First time EAD: 05/07/2002
Renewal EAD RD: 01/31/2003
ND: 02/05/2003
AD: 02/13/2003

Waiting for FP....even after 11 months...
