Any Jun/Jul '09 filers still waiting for approval?

I am wondering if there are any more Jun/Jul '09 filers still waiting like me to get approval? At this point, it is really frustating for me to still wait for a decision on N-400 petition.

The IO was nice during the interview. I am single with no criminal records except couple of traffic fines. Told the IO about it and she said not to bother about it. Only two small trips out of the country. Passed the interview. She also said that she got everything she need except the A# file and she will review it as soon as she receives it. Then A# file arrives at local DO three weeks after interview. Now it is a month since then and still no sign of any letter from the Chicago DO. Anybody in a similar situation i.e Jun/Jul '09 filers still waiting? Even the Chicago DO official processing times as of 12/31/2009 says they are processing 7/28/09 petitions. I am sure they crossed that priority date already in the last two and half months. I just don't know what to do at this time. I have already used the services of senators/representatives and also wrote a letter directly to the IO last week. Any advice? Thanks.

I was only interviewed less than 2 months ago (approved 17 days later, oath letter 4 weel later and oath 7 weeks later)
and I filed in last March. So there sure are people who filed in period you mendtioned who are still waiting.

Just got an update from the 800 number 2nd level officer. This was after I posted this thread. Finally good news. My case was approved and an oath letter mailed today. :) :)
Looks like the interviewing officer processed my case as soon as she got my letter last 4 days back. I will update once I receive the oath letter and again after the oath ceremony. Thanks.

Today I got to know after 80 days from interview that my(and my wife's) A# file is missing. Please let me know what exactly I can do over here. The 2nd level officer told me that the DO has requested A# file from the National Benefit Center.

Did you make any FOIA request etc so transfer of A file can possibly be interfered?

Received the oath letter in the mail today. Updated my timeline also.

Congratulations.

Now I don't think we have any long pending cases left on this forum (do not count those
whose owner will not come back for update). Or perhaps the only one is that CUban youth who is stuck
with the situation N400 is still pending but Cuban possport/GC expired and even unable to renew DL.
I believee he will come back to update and since we have not seen his update, so I assume his case is
still ongoing

Congratulations spiderman03. This is a great news!!! The long immigration journey is almost complete. Best of luck to you!:):):)

Thank you and Congratulations to you too. Did they give you the oath date? Feels relieved to complete the immigration journey, though we won't see much difference in our daily life. Anyway, good luck to you. :)

Congrats spiderman! I have passed my interview on 2/8/10, and took oath last Wednesday, applied PP last Friday. I have updated my info on another line, but I don't know how to change my signature since the new web page started.
