Any July 2003 approvals

Just want to be sure that there were atleast a few July 2003 approvals. Hope this is not a situation where there all July 2003 cases are pending the name check request. MD rockville - whatz your opinion?

Musical chair game is over now .... Good job USCIS

Because there is one less chair than the amount of people playing, someone doesn't have a chair to sit on. This person is no longer in the game.

I want to think about this in 2005. Now now, not in next few days :o

My ND is 7/22/2003 and the name check was done on July 30, 2003 ... didn't help too much though ... case trasferred on Dec 8, 2004

Hi
I got a response back from the FBI that there was no name check requested by the USCIS. So i called the USCIS using the tip from another thread (on how to get transferred to VSC), and the lady told me that the name check was indeed complete and they got the response back on oct 18 (same date as my last LUD). SHe then went on to say that they have all the documents and it is waiting to be given to an adjudicating officer. When that will happen that is anybody's guess....

Holycow - Could you please let me know how you got to the VSC. The number and options to press. Just want to do the same thing you did and ask VSC about my name check.

how you all are doing? anyone talked to VSC. Do you think the processing dates will never come to July 2003 because of the retrogress????
