Any Jan/Feb EB2 I140 still waiting ?

For EB2, it looks NSC is processing March 2004 I140 filers and few got approved. Is there any one who are still waiting even with out RFE who have filed in Jan / Feb 2004?

Your input gives an idea whether NSC has really completed Jan/Feb months or just hopping around the months.

eb2 people as far as sep 03 are still waiting to get their I140 cleared. There are many from oct-dec 03 time
 
Isnt that funnyy to see NSC processing files in March 04 getting approved and not for Sep03 ? hmmmm.
