140 RD - April 09 (EB2 substitution case with a copy of original labor - staff engineer - MS + 3 year exp.). Original 140 was withdrawn before it was approved.

Did 2 inquiries. In response to the 2nd one, USCIS said they are waiting for the original labor. Who knows how long they will take.
 
Waiting for I-485. RD is 04/08/2004. I -140 Approved on 01/06/2005 after RFE regarding the filing category(12/15/2004). Mine is EB2.

Still waiting. No response yet from the inquiry I initiated. I am really getting frustrated now. I have a colleague who got his approvals ( concurrently !!) last week. His RD is 07/04/2004.

I hope we all get our approvals soon.

My I-140 is approved too on 02/15/2005, RD was 04/01/2004.

Waiting for I-485 approval.

Initiated inquiry from 800 number and got letter saying "Additional Security Pending" .

Let wait and see.
 
Got a 2nd FP notice for 485. Including biometrics. I dunno what's going on. 140 hasnt' been approved yet, and it's been less than a year since my 1st FP notice.

How long it took for you to get the letter after calling 800 number?
did you see any LUD after your inquiry ?
What is the history of yr 485 LUDs?

I did inquiry abt my 485 , 2 time on 800 numbers in last 15 days, neighter got the letter nor the LUD changed ? Dont know what do to do.
 
It took around 2 months, 800 person took my A number.
For this query I have not seen LUD on 485.
485 got LUD time to time.
Also applied for EAD and AP renewal, waiting for them.
