ANy Jan 01 , 02, 03 2001 cases assigned to officer!!!

Hello guys! I am seeing couple of January mid and end cases getting approval and RFE etc. but no news about early january cases? Did anybody talk to IIO ?

Do you think that they are also checking PD when they are approving cases because loks like INS is taking decison who have applied GC before and not just I-485 dates while approving.

MY PD is 12/99. EB2 RIR

I dont think so. Did you talk to IIO anytime. What do you think of by "decision making area" RFE ?

I believe decision making area means that the officer must have gone through your documents and must be in a position to take a decision. It is also possible that once the documents are all in place the officer may be passing the file to final adjudicator who may be finally stamping as approved. All the best.
