Any interviews before October 1?

Has anyone heard of DV interviews taking place before October 1? I read of a July interview in another thread for someone with a number of 32XXX - can this happen?
 
Interviews for a certain fiscal year start in October of the previous year and end on September 31st of the fiscal year. i.e. for FY 2013, interview started October 1st 2012 and will end September 31st 2013.

Therefore, the person you've seen with a case number of 32k is having their interview in July because they won the DV lottery a year before. If you are selected for further processing tomorrow, you will have your interview sometime between October 1st 2013 and September 31st 2014.
