Nope I don't think so, because I did my 2nd FP in Aug 2003, after two months+ they did send me an RFE. I guess you either should be getting an RFE or Approval some time soon. In case if you are trying to find out about your case from Customer service or try to talk to tier 2 , I would personally not suggest that,because I think I got an RFE after raising a status inquiry. Well any in case the RFE's differ from case to case.

No you are in no trouble. Put the jump in queue down to INS inefficiency, inadequacy and inaptness.
If you haven't done so already, please consider joining us in our fight for speedier approvals. All you need to do is send out a couple of faxes, to your congressman to join our voices in calling for faster processing of 485's. This campaign is already producing results, that are tangible and recorded in some of the other threads on this forum. Please help in helping yourself out of this misery. Support the FAX CAMPAIGN.
