Well I am already thinking about the Cover Letter I am going to write with my Re-sending of the N-400 ...
As I have told you in my previous post my application was for some reason sent to someone else.
Here is the issue I am having. On my Application was ALL of my Info. My SSN, My A #, My Address and Phone Number, My Husband's and Kid's Names and Birthdates. I mean you know all the Info you have to put down on a N-400.
I can see them doing this on accident, I really do BUT I got really lucky that there is a honest Lady in Indiana that was honest and kind enough to call me and tell me she has my stuff and will send it back to me.
What if it would of ended up in someone elses hands that wasn't that nice. I mean ALL of my Info ...
ANYWAYS ... should I mention something like this, I mean the point that they send my personal and private info to someone else or should I just let it go and just explain that my stuff was sent to someone else and I am going to resubmit it and just be down to the point, polite and stuff like that.

Any Input would be appreciated.

Yes, you should point it out of your concerns and worries that you have described above very clearly in your letter to Service Center Director. Make sure to describe your concerns in points so that they could be distinguished.

Also, it would be better if you put down in the end of your letter that copy of that letter is being forwarded to USCIS headquater in Washington, DC; and Congresspeople in your area. You don't need to send copy to anyone, but just write down cc there so that it would make them to pay attention to your letter; otherwise it could be very much possible that your letter would be thrown out in the garbage can right there.
