Anybody has any RELIABLE information (web link, information from lawyer, information from USCIS etc.) about total number of visas consumed so far out of estimated 40,000 made available by the state department last month?
Not sure if we should expect any approvals starting next week considering the possible visa bulletin revision by the state dept and that some parties are braced for the legal action against both USCIS and State dept.
