I am a USC and my husband and I were married in March. We mailed our package in May to the Chicago box. Our DO is in Boston and I wanted to see if anyone had any idea of what our timeline looks like.....
so far:
Married: 3-6-06
package sent: 5-8-06 I485, I130, I765
RD: 5-10-06
ND: 5-16-06 Received I130
ND: 5-16-06 I485 notice, we needed to send the $70 biometrics fee, we sent it the following day
ND: 5-23-06 Appt for Biometrics in Rhode Island
6-3-06 Biometrics and fingerprint taken
ND: 06-12-06: RFE signature needed on I864
sent the following week
Case Status online:
I485-On June 26, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
