I applied for my wife Adjustment as a "follow-on" to my 485 application. My priority date is 5/97 and EB2 and I got my GC (including the plastic card). She had a FP notice in October and since she was out of town, she got it rescheduled it and had the FP done in Nov. 00. The ND is 8/00.
I have some general questions?
In a follow-on 485, what will be priority date of the follow-on 485. Same as the sponsor of the 485 (in this case, mine?)
Also, are there people out there with 8/00 ND who have not yet gotten the approval
