Hi,
My husband's fingerprinting is done in July'2005.At the same time we applied for my GC processing through his company lawyer .But recently came to know that the lawyer couldn't submit it due to quota full for this year.Now my husband wanna join a new company and this company is not willing to sponsor me . So, if he joins this can't we submit my application through any lawyer of our choice ?? Is it mandatory to proceed with the same lawyer??
Any help would be highly appreciated.
