I am that wife whose husband's EAD and AP were already approved more than a month ago at NSC. :D

Any ideas what's going on? Our ND was february 23 and I just saw the USCIS site saying that nebraska is processing february 27 now. I don't understand. The message at the site doesn't change, no RFE, no nothing. My husband was approved in the end of march and we are in may already and we applied together
!

Any ideas?

thats how it works

NSC (and other service centers ) are notoriously known for doing such things. My EAD and AP applications went in same evelope yet they were approved a week apart. Now you would imagine that they will be approved on same day by same person,

USCIS works in mysterious ways. Unless you are in urgent need, all you can do is wait, your case will be approved soon.
