Any idea where I can get my application reviewed ?

Hi,

I am filing for a green card since I am married to a US citizen. I have looked through all the forms and am almost done with putting everything together...

...I guess my question is whether there is a need (or even a recommendation) to get it reviewed by a lawyer prior to filing ? If so, do you have the contact information for a lawyer in the Bay Area (California) who could help out with this and what the fees are like for such a sitting ?

Form I 130 = fee, pictures of your wive and yourself, marriage cert, proof of citizenship, g325 biografic info of you and your wife, your birth cert plus the translation, if your wife was naturalized remember her birth cert is also needed as well as the translation of her that is if she is naturalized citizen, also if she is naturalized a copy of her naturalization papers, the picture requiere of you and also the picture require for her.....also read the instruction as to what else to sent

Form I 485, your biographic info form g325, pictures, fees, marriage certificate, birth ceritficare of you and wife plus translations etc... fingerprint fee, affidavit of support form I 864, and all the supporting evidence copy of passport and visa etc plus also read the instructions as well as to what to sent.

I 765 = fee, picture mark c9 in elegibility if married base or find the one the apply to you.

I 131 this is optional however i dont recomend this if you are out of status .............

put all of this in one evelope and send it to your local office via certified, return receipt and confirmation recipt that way you will know when they recieve it and who sign for it
also make sure you make a copy of all the info you send them as well as a copy of all the application you send. put all this copy in a folder or binder that way you are also making your own A file for your records... also make sure that all correspondence from USCIS/INS goes inside this folder make copy always..... and when i say copy of everthing i mean everything money order etc all you put in that folder all .ok
