Any Idea When ???

Hi Folks,

Wanted your expert opinions and advise as to what to do now ?

1. Have got my 3rd EAD approved - Still not sign of the GC getting approved.
2. PD is FEB 2001

With these stats in the picture any idea based on your experiences with your friends or relatives who are also in the same boat or even if any one in the forum was in the same boat and got approved.

What would be the chances of such cases ever picked up at VSC ?

Will will such cases get resolved if ever ?

Predictions this year next year or never :-(

PD August 2001 - EB2
3rd EAD approved..
No idea where the case is ..

Called USCIS and submitted a service request. waiting for a reponse from them.

Any updates, please post.

Same here, I am ready for 4th EAD and you should be.
USCIS knows better.
 
Looking at the recent approvals

Does it mean that the PD is considered along with the RD of the 485 ?

Does any thing match up to a pattern ? To track or to relay on some time ??

I am really sick of waiting
