As per news from CSC, they had reported that I-140 and I-485 processing will resume when H1-B quota will be used. Since H1-B quota is all used up and we see some processing in 2003 cases for I-485 by seeing RFE's. Any idea/news about I-140 processing, as on I-140 boards, there is no activity.
