Any idea on EAD Renewal processing times

it varies..

my ead renewal details are:

rd: 3/12
nd: 3/13

i am still waiting....
i know people who filed after me...ie late march/early april have been approved and then there are some feb filers still waiting....
so it's anybody's guess!!....

just ensure u file for renewal with at least 3 mnths in hand!!
 
my case

I don't know the exact dates. I started it in late jan ( about 25th ) and got back by March end ( again about 20th ).. so two months.. but I think I got it a bit quicker than some other cases I saw on this forum. Sorry I don't have the exact info
 
I applied new EAD in mid january 2003 and got it in mid feburary. Just 30 days.

I am still waiting just like INSfiles RD-03/12/2003.


My Ead is about to expire in May end and hoping to get it before that.

i think they may have the expiry dates in mind..and since mine is expiring in june it is conceivable that u get approved before me...

Insfiles, My wife's EAD is expiring on 5th of May and still she doesnt have the approval but the good thing is that shes between jobs.
