Any Idea how long it takes to get response for FAX inquiry ???

Hi,

Its been 5 months since I applied for I-485. Got AP & EAD (card). Still
waiting for FP.

Asked my lawyer to send a FAX inquiry which they did yday. Today I also
sent a FAX inquiry to INS in the morning. Do any of you have an idea
how long it takes to get the response from INS.

please ,count 120 bussines days from notice day ofyour i-485.into this time you may have fp notice.read please also more notes from this forum!
 
Hi Pavel,

My ND is 4/23. Is it 120 business days or 120 days. When I talked
to my lawyer they seem to think I passed the 120 days and sent
a FAX inquiry

you have since4/23 just ~~ 85 days.

very simple count.each month has only 20-23 working days.ins not work weekends and holidays.
