Any idea about the processing time for OPT EAD'S

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows the current processing time for OPT EADs at the Texas Service Center. My friends who applied at the beginning/middle of March got theirs by the second week of May (most were averaging 6 to 8 weeks). Mine has a receipt date of April 24 and still I see no movement on mine.
Also is there any way to expediate the process now that I have a job offer in hand.

around 2 months .. as I look at my application. Well, approval is one thing, getting the card is another

Hey Paper, according to the USCIS website they are taking 58 days (working days) to get to a case - I don't know if that is the time they take to make a decision. My receipt date is April 3, and my case is still pending - that is 66 working days... I guess I am going to give it a few more days, and maybe call after July 4th - on the web site says that if you haven't heard from them within the posted processing times you can call - but I have been reading on other forums that they usually answer that they can take up to 90 days - so I don't know.
I don't think there is anyway to expedite the process even if you have a job offer - same situation here.
If you get any news on your application, post it here so that I know there is something wrong going on with mine.
 
It really depends upon your nationality. Though this is not confirmed, going by the approval dates for different nationalities posted on trackkit forum, Chinese, Taiwanese and Korean students are getting their EADs fairly quickly processed, most within 60 days, some within 30 days. As for others it's a crapshoot. Obviously, there is some sort of profiling going on here.
