Any idea about latest Labor Certificate process time

My LC was transferred to DOL on Oct. 22, 2002.
However, I haven't heard any update on my case, still pending. At same time, I have some friends who had their cases transferred to DOL after mine, say, Nov, 2003. Have been approved..what the heck is going on. ANy one has similar experience?
 
You did't mentioned where is your labour filed ?? Its depends on the state to State .
