Any I140 approval for citizens of special registeration countries

Has anyone in this forum filed I140 in or after October 02, got approval and is citizen of one of the special registeration countries.

If yes, please post your details like RD/ND, approval date, size/financial health of company etc.

All I am wandering is whether there is any additional check that citizens of special registeration countries have to go through during I140 stage.

AD: Waiting, should be any time soon if all goes well. Lets see if they take longer for ppl from Special Countries.

I am from California Service Center. I have filed my I140 in Oct 2002. CSC is currently processing cases filed in Nov. 2002.
My I140 was a simple one, with approved LC, MSEE from US, 4year exp, publicaly trades company with >$1B in annual revenues

Even the cases that are filed by our company as late as early dec. are beinged processed either with an RFE or approval etc...

The only diff. in those cases and mine is that I am citizen from one of special registeration companies.

I just wanted to get opinion from other people who are in the same boat.
