Any I-824 approvals for RD 8/01 from VSC
I sent I-824 application on 27th Aug \'01, RD 08/25 waiting for approval from VSC.
Did any one got approval those who applied in Aug \'01, please post your details.

Hi, I don\'t remember exact dates but my I-140 was approved in late August 2001 (VSC) and we filed for I-824 sometime after that. It got approved sometime in December 2001. I think, you need to ask your attorney to contact VSC.

CP Process or I485 (which is best)

Due to current market conditions, I want to go for cp process. How much time does it take for CP process or I485 now ?

I Received my I-824 approval notice from VSC on JAN12TH,Yesterday I called to NVC,I got message that,Record not found.I filed my I-824 on 18th Dec,2001,and got approved on 12th Jan 2002.Could some one please tell me,how many days it will take to reach my case to NVC and how many days NVC will take to create case?Any one is in this situation,please respond me.
