I can\'t help wondering if anybody out there with I-485 \'s ND before May 1998? Thanks.

Here are my details:

EB3, Australia

PD: Blank
RD: 13 May 1998
ND: 21 May 1998
FP: 05 Jan 1999

Still Pending...

I am there and my particulars are

Category : EB3
Country : India
Priority Date : January 1996
Receipt Date : 4th April 1999
Notice Date : 18th May 1999
Finger Printing : 13th June 2000
INS Service Center : Vermont

And I am still waiting for my I-485 Approval

I think your case has taken inordinately long. If I were you I would get in touch with the local Congressman/Senator and light a fire under INS.

I am in exact same boat.
EB3 india pd 1/96 rd 4/99 nd 5/99 fp 6/14/00.
FBI cleared FP on 6/28 and INS cleared FP on 7/5/00

still waiting and frustrated ;-(
