Any I-140 OR left with RD in May/June'02

Man!! 2 years waiting on I140 in VSC???? Suprising.. Write details on your case to throw some light on it..

Was it concurrent, EB2/EB3, labor substitution, any RFE so far, do you have the case number with you..

I dont know if anyone is still waiting for 2 years to get I140 from Vermont??

Yes! Already two years. EB12 (outstanding professor and researcher) in VSC. No RFE. Nothing! I am a research scientist in a university and my university applied the I-140 for me. Called them several times, no result. IC

Typically, it takes about 2 years for OR (Outstanding Researcher) cases.

aks999: I called BCIS this morning and one lady told me to write a letter to VSC directly to ask about the case since we cannot generate the inquiry by ourself. Do you think it is a good idea to write letter? Thanks in advance. IC

First let me clarify one thing, are you belong to EB1 OR(outstanding researcher)category? if so take a comfort from the following information.
Quite a number of cases with pending dates from MAY to AUGUST 2002 in the EB1(OR,EA and NIW) category still waiting for the approval!

You can write a letter, it doesnt hurt you either way for having waited so loooooooooooooooooong!! See it that might help!!

unfortunately, i dont belong to OR. I just happend to know OR tried to clarify Want GC Soon on the time lines. Sorry, I dont know much about the letter.
