I would just like to know if anybody had their I-140 approved after August 17. And I am not talking about people who filed their I-140 in July or August, but about people who had filed their I-140 before the tsunami of I-140s that were sent in the summer. I am just wondering if the various centers have begin "active" in September or not... Thanks!
