Any I-140 Approvals?

nsc has got stuck right before ur rd/nd dates. hopefully, they shud be processed by the end of the year.
I have seen some 140 approvals with notice date of 23 April 2003 - My notice date is 3 April 03. The service center time table shows that they are working on cases ( EB3 ) filed on 28 April 03.
What action can be taken to find out the real status of my case ?
How much longer should i wait without taking any action ?
Is there anyone with similar dates ?

your RD is 08/03 mine is 07/09 still waiting 2 of my friends filed in 06/03 they got approval I think it will take 3-4 more months to reach July-03

You should call the toll free no., try to get IIO and explain the case has taken longer than the specified time. If the processing dates in the website has future date than your filing date. The IIO will give you some information on your case. I hope this helps you.
