Hi,
I'm wondering anybody who applied amendment for I-140, got their application approved? If approved which RD USCIS considered, the actual I-140 RD or amendment date.
I applied my I-140 in dec 2003 and my company was bought by another company , on our attorney's suggestion we sent amendment for I-140 in May 2004 but lawyer said that he doesn't know which RD they will consider. If anybody has any idea please reply.
Online case status messages for both the SRCs shows as if they were separate application , it doesn't say that it's an amendment or anything. Is that suppose to be like that?
