My attorney lost the original copy of my H1- extension. as I am having
an appointment for Visa-relavidation in Mexico in Dec,
do u think the copy of I-797 ( lawyer got a copy from INS) is ok to get
stamping in Mexico.
Please suggest me what to do.( need to travel to india asap)
