Any help on Transfer case (I131)from VSC to CSC-

Guys,
MY I-131 was filed in VSC on nov 19 2003. Upon inquiry , I re'ved letter from them saying that your case has been transfered to CSC on Apr 06 2004.
Now my wife's and kid status changed on may 13 saying that " re'ved your case on may 12 2004 here for processing."
But i have still same old crap message on website" We re've your application on Nov 2003 and its taking...."
I have faxed CSC 5 times but no response from them(Atleast VSC send me response within 1 week).
Now what are my options its been now 7 months waiting for my ADvanced parole to get apporved.????
Life has been miserable.... :mad: :(

Kashmir, or anyother any ideas...... :confused:

The best thing you can do is to contact your local congressman's office. I have the same situation where my I-485 was applied at TSC and now I live in CSC area. With the help of local congressman's office my file was moved to CSC from TSC and now RFE is issued. When I had problem with EAD[I applied when I had less than 90 days] i got good help and got it approved just before the expiry date! They wield more power at INS than anyone you may think. For my wife's EAD, staff from cong. office spoke to the adjudicating officer directly and got the EAD approved over the phone instantly!

So I will recommend you to contact Congressman's office

My wife's and kid's files is already moved to CSC as repsonse requiry and also messages got changed.
But not in my case. So it looks like they might not have updated my messages.But I did got mail from Acting Director of VSc that our file was moved on Apr 06 2004.
So now I have to wait for JIt to cross the MAy 12 date.(right now its Apr 12).
This is my 3rd AP
