Guys
I have appointment in canada, Ottawa for H1 b stamping. I am currently with the MCN on L1 and my new employer applied H1 for me two years back and i am planing to move now. problem is he applied I 140 for me and now i am changing company do i need to say yes for immigration question in ds156 form. If I say so will there be any issue in getting H1 visa
