Any help appreciated-EAD

HI,
I have applied my 485 in VSC, but last month when i applied for my EAD renewal, lawyer has applied it at TSC. My EAD is expiring on Jun 25. Can I get temporary EAD from INS, and i want to transfer my case back to VSC. Any anyone faced this problem before, i appreciate your feedback on this

I dont know if its alright to apply for EAD at a different service center than the one you have applied your I485 on. If by temproary ID you mean Interim EAD then you have to wait 3 months before you could go to the local BCIS office to get one. If it was not intentional and its your lawyers mistake for filing EAD in a different Service center, I would seek compensation from the lawyer for the loss of wages.
