I know lots of people doing it or planning to do it.i need help from people who did it recently or planning to do it.
physician with H1Bbut also had NIW as a back up and applied for transfer of pending 485 from NIW to PERM/ RIR LC IN NSC.
DOES NSC ALLOW THIS KIND OF TRANSFER ?
