I'm curious to know if there is anyone who filed in June'06 and have their extensions approved. I filed my 8th year extension in the last week of June at WAC and waiting for an approval.
I have personal experience from last year that visa extension applications take over 3 months for approval.. I had applied for extension back in August last year and I got my paper work in January of this year for my 7th year extension.. I have applied for the 8th year extension and the lawyer asked me if I wanted a premium extension paperwork.. I said no.. simply because I am tired of shelling out money after money on this process.... But I also accept the fact that I will not see the paperwork completed before maybe December and then go thru the revalidation interview process.... WHICH IS HELL!!!
