I have a afew questions. I got laid off after 180 days of my filing of I485 at California center. I was laid off on July 30 and INS issued a RFE for pay stubs, W2, 1040 tax forms and employment letter on August 13. I got a new job on Sep 4 and have been working there by God's grace.
I have submitted the employment letter and the required documents but with only 2 pay stubs as the third pay stub will come on Nov1 and the deadline for RFE answer is Nov5.
1) Do you think it is problem submitting the different employement letter when my present employer is not the petitioner?
2) What about the 2 pay stubs when INS wanted 3 precent pay stubs. Does it create any problem?
3) What are the chance of succes in my case as my EAD is expiring next Feb?
4) Do I need to file a change of address as I moved to Fremont? I do not want to do that as they might transfer my case to SFO? What are the pros and cons of this move?
