Even Buffalo, NY or Syracuse, NY would be ok.

Preferably with AC-21 experience.

did you or anyone you know have AC-21 issues

Or cases where she helped by contacting VSC?

Any other info you could provide, such as her fee rates (are they on the expensive side?) would be great.

I definetely know she deals with my friend's AC21 case and the outcome seems pretty well. Her rate is not cheapest but is reasonable. Why don't talk her through the phone and figure out if you feel comfortable?
