I wonder if there's any reason that you are being city specific. I think there's no better lawyer than Rajiv Khanna. I'd suggest to go through them. He should be able to handle any immigration specific case irrespective of the geographical location.
Just looking in the area since it will be easy to talk to them in person. I am sure Rajiv is very good but I am first checking if I have any rights against an employer doing my gc (after I left using ac21).
I do not remember the name of lawyer but he runs immigration column in INDIA REPORT newspaper. He gave me free advice on the phone where for same advice Indian lawyer had charged me $100.00. You will get his contact information from newspaper.
