Any good CPA in Queens/Flushing NYC?

I am about to start a 'S' type Corporation in NYC.
Looking for a good CPA who can take care of all the legal and licensing issues related to SBA in NYC.
They should be able to complete forming the company and create the 'S' structure apart from taking care of accounting issues..
