Any Gay Asylees? Any approved?

Hi,

Just wondering are there any Gay Asylees out there? Do you know of any who got greencards?

I am just wondering what the processing is like and what the timeline has been like. Do they get approvals like all others. I know that work 1485 get quicker approval than the asylee weird especially since there is supposedly no cap for asylee to greencard.

Asylum can be granted on the basis of sexual tendencies, religious or political practices among others, I believe once someone is granted asylum it really does not make a difference on what grounds you were granted asylum for adjustment purposes.

I was granted asylum based on membership in a particular social group. We have the same timeline as well. :)
