I am going to file I-485 based on approve of EB-1A.
On page 3 of 485 form, it reads: Affidavit of Support/Employment Letter...-Employment Letter:
If your adjustment of status application is related to an employment based visa petition (form I-130), you must submit a letter on the letterhead of the petitioning employer which confirms that the job on which the visa peition is still available to you. the letter must also state the salary that will be paid.
I am a research at school, not a company. Do you need the letter from my boss?
